First Post!

Yay! I am so excited to have my own baking page that will display all the goodies that I create! Thank you Jane for the great idea!  Hopefully I will get better at it as I go along! For my first post I am just showing my latest creations. After this I will leave the recipes and pictures of what I made!

    Hey Meghan!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I actually didn’t make these cupcakes from scratch, I just used your traditional Trader Joe’s Vanilla Bean cake mix and made cupcakes out it, then I bought Pilsbury vanilla frosting (I have yet to perfect my own frosting recipe!) and dyed the frosting “jupiter green”. I got the food dye at Michaels at the baking isle…they have every color you can think of! As for the “ho ho” marking on the top, it is the same frosting. I just put it in a ziplock baggy…cut small corner and went to town! I would practice first though before decorating the cupcakes. The sprinkles I also bought at Michaels. If you take a knife and go around the edge of the cupcake to make straight edges…the roll the cupcakes in the sprinkles!

ps. I got all these ideas from my Hello! Cupcake book that I got for Christmas!
